    Hey!

    So since I’m basically out of options and contemplating jumping into the tub with this machine… so I’ve recently been coming into issues with the Xbox Series X it seems to only be the games that are X/S and it isn’t a thing that always happens say 8/10 times it does so it’s quite annoying. So when I load up pretty much any X/S title game (Fifa, Madden, Siege) my game has a 80% chance to load up let me play for a game then basically say gg and just crashes and does not let me continue playing and it is only with the X/S not the old gen or anything else. Along with that I’ve tried the factory reset where everything is deleted and no I do not have a external hard drive either it’s I’m at a entire loss

    Hi there Rick welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. I totally understand the frustration, my Series X crashed everytime I opened a next gen game, 100% of the times and honestly even 80% is unacceptable so what is my best advice and how I solved it?     Does suggest a fault with the factory reset. Does the console present any error codes?

    Negative no error codes just boom back to Home Screen or me staring into a froze screen with the game sound playing in the back
