Console Crashes when watching netflix or YouTube.

So I am sure some other people have had this issue as well. i already contacted an Xbox associate about this and did as he asked, which was make sure I had no disc in my disc drive unplug every cord in the system then hold the power button for 10 - 15 second.
I plugged everything back in then I went to delete my persistent storage three times. Then I cleared my alternate MAC address. I was then told my issue should be resolved and that this was the common fix for this issue. I was told all this by an Xbox associate
named Hervin, he was very nice. But alas my problem was not resolved, I tried to watch a movie on netflix we for in about 7 minutes and bam full console restart. now is say Netflix and YouTube does this, but I have no idea if another video player will cause
this. I deleted netflix and YouTube reinstalled all that. The only things a simple person like me could think of would be a factory reset. But what if that doesn't fix it? I am hoping an Xbox associate would be able to further assist me or someone who has
had this issue them self. I don't know what to do!

So... if i wanna stay for a long period there ... i can't use my xbox online ... like watching netflix or youtube ???

console crashes when streaming video

whenever I am watching a video on the youtube app or smartglass, the console either freezes and has to be restarted, or it crashes the console and shuts itself off. dvds work fine, so do games. the problem seems to be the streaming videos. anyone else
having this problem?

Trouble shooting steps I have tried:

Hard reset, pressing power for 5 seconds, after I turn it on it works normally playing games, but if I go to YouTube or Netflix it happens again,

HDMI cables replaced, same issue

Unplugged from AVR straight to TV same issue with nothing else plugged in Kinect unplugged as well

Now I have to use the Playstaion 4 for Netflix and YouTube and the Xbox for games very frustrating changing consoles just to watch movies/videos

I'm unsure which update caused this but I haven't watched Netflix or youtube for about 2 weeks prior to attempting to watch yesterday when I posted this

When exactly is soon?? I have nothing to do except be on my Xbox. No way of watching Netflix, YouTube, or anything else.

I should've mentioned it, but yes. The HDD was off of the console when I ran it on the flash drive...and it still crashed when loading 1 or 2 youtube videos.

What is REALLY confusing to me, is that a little while ago I was playing Battlefield 3 for about 2 hours on multiplayer and no hiccups at all. It's the first time I played any games in the past couple days that I've been having this issue.

So, happens on Youtube/Netflix apps, but not on a high-graphic multiplayer game like BF3. I'm really confused.

From now until I found out what the issue is, I guess i'll be using my Roku XS for watching Netflix(don't know why I haven't, navigation is much better on it). Sucks, because I actually loved being able to watch youtube while sitting on my couch.

What do you think might be the issue? Ever heard of this?
