    Console Constantly Crashing During Gameplay


    While playing either ACV or Fenyx the controller disconnects shortly followed by the screen going all green and the console crashing / shutting down.

    Once it shuts down I have to manually turn it on as the controller won't turn the console on.

    I have tried aeveral remedies, different hdmi port, different powerpoint, factory reset, new controller batteries, even have the same issue when the controller is wired.

    I have also tried submitting a service request however it won't let me proceed past the address field as a warning shows up that they can't post to a PO Box (which the address is not)

    Well during gameplay I don't seem to get any freezes anymore that crash the console. Played all of Act 4 and seem to be working for me again, thanks.

    Statement: The new xbox series x overheats and shutsdown with normal use. Microsoft please address this issue

    since posting the above i have reset the system to factory defaults. I have hard reset the console using the xbox button. I have pulled the power cable to reset the machine.

    The console keeps crashing during multiplayer cod coldwar. I have also noticed severely reduced graphics during gameplay. The console will boot up, i can load my profile start a multiplayer game and then the console locks up hard or simply crashes when gameplay
    begins. Thats a brand new unopened console that i purchased less that 72 hours ago

    Lot of XBOX One games keeps crashing to dash

    Having the same issue with multiple games (Call of Duty and RYSE). In Call of Duty it was crashing from the menus and in RYSE it crashed during gameplay.

    OS is the issue for Home crashing?

    It's probably not the OS. I don't have battlefield and have never crashed the home screen during gameplay. Battlefield crashes on all platforms ATM.
