Console connects to wifi but not wired connection

I have tried everything in my power to fix this issue but nothing seems to be working I've tried seeing if it's a internet issue it's not, i've tired checking to see if it was a software issue but it's not I haven't had an update since December

and its not my cable either.

I have seen a few people with the same problem but no clear answers.

And most of their issues seem a little different.

Thanks. Is your console wired or connected to wifi? Either way, if its connected via wifi, try wired and if its wired, try connecting via wifi.

Also, you may want to try connecting your console to mobile hotspot from a different device. Then long press the Xbox button on your controller > Turn off.

Then try it connecting to it again on Xbox app.

You say it's not an issue with your Ethernet cable.. how have you tested that?

Try to disconnect it from the wifi then troubleshoot it from Ethernet cable. It could be VPN , Port Forwarding, or worst case an flaw in the xbox one.
