    Console connects to internet, but not to xbox live.


    I've ran through all of the troubleshooting steps, and even went as far as to reset my network hardware completely, but I still can't get my console to connect to live.

    I also attempted deleting my profile and redownloading it, as suggested in the troubleshooting steps, but it can't even connect to download a profile, so I'm pretty much stuck until I can figure out what the problem is.

    The error status report reads:

    W: 0000 - 0008

    X: 0000 - F001

    Y: 30A8- 4840

    Z: 0000 - 0000

    ID: FFFF - FFFF

    L: 8015 - 190E

    Q: 8007 - 0435

    T: Wired

    A: 192.168.0.3/255.255.255.0

    G: 192.168.0.1

    D: 209.18.47.61/209.18.47.62

    I've heard of this happening to a few other people, too, so I can't help but wonder if it's a problem on microsoft's end?

    If you've gotten the update then just keep trying. There is a new ToU that you need to accept before you can log on. Once you see that you'll be good to go.

    If you are wireless can you also state whether you are using the white or black external adapter or the Xbox 360S Internal adapter

    question about dlc downloaded on another console, but with my harddrive.

    You'd have to take your whole console to the Internet connection, because Xbox Live purchases are only licensed to the console (not HDD) for offline use. (The purchases are also licensed to your gamertag to use on any console, as long as that console
    is connected to Xbox Live via the Internet.)
