Console connected but games don't

I can access download content in console no issue but I load game and I get no connection error. I checked my connection test and I'm good to go but according to shadow of mordor I'm not connected. This is just one of many issues I'm having right now with
the system.

Release game now, patch later makes these consoles online-only

^^ Yes, but when they said they wanted our consoles to always be connected I don't think rushed, broken games that needed updates were the reason why.

Hello,

If you experience issues with your console the first thing you have to do is perform a power cycle, You can do this by holding down the power button on your console untill it turns off (this takes approx. 10 second)

As for the connection, are you able to connect to Xbox Live with any other games ? Or is the issue only on Shadow of Mordor?

If you have issues with other games aswell even after the powercycle can you please fill out the following as accurate as possible ?

What Country/State/Province do you live in?

Modem brand & model number:

Router brand & model number:

How many 360 and One consoles are connected to this router?:

Wired or wireless (for each console):

Things you have tried:

Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/no/Unknown

Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type?

I would advise turning on the Hotspot on your phone. Connecting your console to this connection and setting up your home console again.

With your Home Console set, all the games that don't need a mandatory connection should now play in Offline mode.

Since the controller was synced in another console you should sync it back at your console. Don't forget to push the connect button on the controller :

I don't have anything Apple, but the Bingo game is not connecting. I play it in my Xbox Console Connection, which I have updated. I've also did a Reset on both the Console connection and the Bingo Game. It still won't connect, even after multiple tries.
I'm running it on Windows 10 with a Gigabit internet connection.

Hello again, as we don't know what is causing this connection failure, it could be a game bug, try unplugging your console, restart your Modem/Router, then plug the console and try connecting it again.
