Console Connect to Internet but Not Online

After tons of troubleshooting my Xbox One and manually entering all my IP/DNS info, its finally saying “All Good: your console is connected to the internet.” Its connected to the wireless network, and says its connected when i test the network connection.
HOWEVER, if i try to connect to XBox Live, test the network speed or mutliplayer connection, or do anything even remotely requiring an internet connection (run games/watch netflix) it tells me I have to be online and to connect to the internet.

My WiFi is running well (tested on a number if other devices) and even so, I unplugged and reset both it and the XBox. I cant connect it to the ethernet cable because its in a completely different room and I dont want to rearrange my house to accomodate
gameplay in the only room that has direct access to a cable. (The room the console is in has its own eero device in it though and the wifi is strong in this room on ther devices.)

I can’t get a live person on customer support, and it wont let me request a call or chat, ive tried the direct number which just refers me to the customer support page which, again, is super unhelpful, and i cannot for the life of me figure out how to get
this to work. Why is it saying im connected to the internet but not actually connecting or seeing it after i try to get a game running?!

Last week the Xbox updated (which was overdue since i have consistent problems getting this console to get and stay connected to the internet anyway) so i dont think thats the cause but does anyone know how i can get this going again or have experience with
this issue?

I hope that I can help you to solve this issue. Try to turn off console completly and then turn it on again ... change IP and DNS settings to automatic see what's happen ; So have you tried to reset console to factory defaults ? if not please try to do
it following this link : https://support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/console/reset-console-to-factory-defaults. (but
try it if none of the steps above doesn't work.)

Just tried it all but its still failing to work for me. When i change it back to the automatic IP and DNS settings, it reverts back to telling me something is wrong with the IP address (which has been an ongoing problem with it for months now). I even tried
deleting my account from the xbox and leaving only my husbands on, but now it wont even let me re-add my account because of the lack of internet.

I cant even get games with offline capabilities to play on it now, which is a bummer for my kids because this is their main console to play on and most of the games we have an this are theirs.

Which online games have you purchased ?

Is your console connected to the internet ?

You need a better internet connection for downloading and playing online. Your ability for fast internet has nothing to do with the console.
