    Does the console have a HDD? If it's a 4GB console, that is internal flash memory and not a HDD.

    Some 360 games require a 360 HDD and backwards compatible games require a hard drive in order to play due to the system files on the drive.

    I'm near sure i have tryed thus but i will double check has tgis changed on xbox recently cause i used to share my xbox live with her would that be anything to do with it

    We are both trying to play gears of war 5 while I'm on mine and sgw is up stairs my xbox is set up as home xbox yey when she has her game on it says she most down load game or something I don't understand as we where able to play it a few months ago

    The mistake is that you have to set your account as Home console ONLY on her console.

    Her account mustn't be set as Home console !

    Maybe the mistake was, that you changed your console to Home console as well !?!

    And it's important that you use different accounts, playing with the same account on 2 different devices at the same time is not possible.

    it should work, but make sure that your daughters account is NOT set as Home console !

    That would cause a conflict and game sharing does not work.
