There was never problems with XboxLive. At least two months I was playing wihout problems. After a month break I have faced with Xbox Live canno't connect problem. So it says I have connection with console+router+internet, but no conenction with
Xboxlive. Have tried every advices from official tech pages. Settings of router was unchanged.

Well, on me old 360 the internal clock is not even working any more, so wont be a problem.

XboxOne has lot bigger issues in 2025.
Because by then XboxLive has ceased to exist.
And without XboxLive you cannot use XboxOne!!!

No, seriously: If XboxLive no longer exists, then your XboxOne cannot connect to it, and if it cannot connect, it will not run your games.
-that's how XboxOne is built, and that is the main reason I will not ever buy it.
( at least with PS4 one can play games whether PSN is on or not).

ok so im having the same problem and i have done the clear system cache thing already still just hangs up and acts like i have no connection

 

Have done such actions several times before creating post. Didn't help.

Also i have double checked my router. Asus see this connection as xbox device and no problem with it. Also the main problem- I have stable internet connection between router and xbox and internet. Main problem with connection to Xboxserver itself.

 

Can you post up the make and model of your modem (not router).

If it's possible, try connect your console directly to your modem, instead of being routed via your router. If this is possible, power off your modem for a couple of minutes and when powered on, wait one minute for it to connect properly.

Directly connect your console to the modem. Before you apply the system update, cancel and run the diagnostic test to Live (Test Xbox Live Connection).

 

well. this is modem and router itself

So in two words- i have internet cable in my flat. In conncected to my Asus, and it trasnfering on all my devices by WiFI and direct cable from it to Xbox.

 

The Asus RT-N66U has no modem capabilities, which means that your router only stops broadcasts and divide your network from others.

I assume you connect your ASUS to a wall socket (Ethernet/network). If so, try connect your console directly to the wall socket.

 

Conected directly - console after few tries decided to update system/ After finishing several patches all was working again. Probably there was somekind of system bug.

I'm not sure if you're behind levels of NAT, since your router terminates to a wall socket, which in return connects to who-knows-what.

I would suggest a visit to the ASUS website, to make sure your router is up-to-date with the latest version of firmware.

 

Yeah. need to check it again. beause direct connection is working, but again connection error wih Asus, don't know why because month ago it was ok

 

Do you use the same Ethernet cable, which you connect between your console and router, as the one you use to connect directly?

Whether you update your router's software, or not, reset you router.

Just to rule out the possibility, if your connection are behind a Large Scale NAT (LSN) architecture, could you access your router's web-uitlity interface and look at the WAN IP address, which is the address assigned by your ISP.

Take a note of the WAN/Internet IP address and go to Current IP Check

Now, if the 'Current Address' don't match the WAN/Internet IP address that you see on your router, then you're in a topologie that involves multiple levels of NAT.
