    UPON RECEIVING A PERMANENT SUSPENSION, YOU FORFEIT ALL CONTENT LICENSES, GOLD MEMBERSHIP TIME, AND MICROSOFT ACCOUNT BALANCES ASSOCIATED WITH THE SUSPENDED ACCOUNT.

    ya they dont care if you say **** off to someone theyll just instaban you. they dont care about hacker, modders, harassers, griefers, and just about anyone else who ACTUALLY ruin the games. they only care if you say a bad word..but if your account gets hacked
    into...SORRY! cant and wont do **** about it because **** the customer all they want is money
