    How can you make your profile in it?

    I don't understand how a game would make a console "blocked"

    Not quite sure what you mean by "blocked", do you mean blocked from XBL?

    If so, your console will have been banned from Xbox Live.

    console blocked

    If the console is blocked from connecting to Xbox Live, it can never connect to it again. It was blocked most likely due to either tampering/modification by a previous owner, or a significant amount of abuse coming from a previous owner/user.

    Since it cannot connect to Xbox Live, you cannot download a Microsoft account/profile to it, I'm afraid. You should contact the seller and return the device, if at all possible. console blocked :(

    If the console is blocked it wont have access to xbox live. You need a connection to xbox live to create your profile.

    You wont be able to play those games as they do not belong to you

    In your current situation, I would definitely return the console for a refund if you are still able to do so.

    For anybody shopping for used consoles, always verify that it can at least connect to Xbox Live by testing it. Or just buy it new.

    is this on and Xbox One or an Xbox 360? Is the issue that the console is not starting up or there is just a black screen?

    Are you referring to a soft factory reset?
