Console behaving oddly, need advice.

I have noticed several things in the last few weeks.

1. Sometime my hard drive says there is no data saved in it. Sometimes saying 'unformatted'

2. Normally, if I leave my 250GB Harddrive in my 360, It can take a long time to get past the first Xbox 360 screen, sometimes going no further.

3. Ive found some games (Mortal Kombat, Skyrim) are freezing on me a lot, or not even starting. I moved them to cloud storage and this was helped mostly, but they still freeze. MK is a download and so there isnt an disc issues. Seems its data related, or
connected to my harddrive.

Now. Sadly i have moved some of my data to the cloud and now it's saying I dont even have it enabled, which is upsetting me somewhat. I have few questions though.

1. Is this my hard drive playing up?

2. Have I lost all my data?

3. Is there a way to transfer my data to the 360 or a pen drive or something so I can keep my progress on my games? I dont want to lose everything.

What shall I do? check and see if theres a repair options?

Recent lag, Freezing, And crashing Plus new error screen

Your gold running out wouldn't have any bearing on your console behaving like that.

Looking at your picture i'd say your console definitely needs to be sent in for repair

 

TV controls keep popping up

G'day Patmos and dsmmrm! The only thing I can think of which would bring up those options is voice or hand gesture navigation. I know it sounds weird, but are you moving your arms around at any time while you watch TV?

A quick step to try which may help this is to
power cycle your console. This is a good place to start any time it seems like the console is behaving oddly. Give it a go, and let us know the result!
