    Hello everyone ,

    So recently i got a console ban which i don't know for which reason but anyways my xbox is second hand and i had it for nearly a month now but i went on enforcement.xbox.com It says on my account i have clear record so clearly i have done nothing wrong
    , I think you guys should investigate more into it before just giving bans because it took me ages to get my xbox I am not in a regular family i know it's hard to understand plus i am not even being dramatic or anything it's just that it gets me pissed i looked
    in every topic here but really seriously. Its hard just paying 400$ and then after a month microsoft comes out from nowhere and bans you not even stating a reason why. I contacted the support i said what's the duration they said who knows? What kind of support?..They
    told me to follow this website ''enforcement.xbox.com'' i went on it and it and clicked support it went on the same support from before. I am not being salty because of my ban but you guys should actually state a reason for the ban or duration. The guy kinda
    seemed in 20s he said he has uni he hasn't opend it in a while which i doubt he had done anything wrong i mean surely he's mature enough to insult or anything but please help me it's the only kind of thing i own at the moment that makes me busy in my time.

    Microsoft do not un-ban previously banned consoles as they are permanent. They do not ban people's consoles/accounts lightly, they do so after several investigations.

    The most common reason for a banned console is modifying it, but there are other reasons such as marketplace theft.

    You might want to post in section 14 in order to get an official answer.

    ok thank you what is section 14 ???? sorry not very good at this we've only used market place once and that was to buy some maps for call of duty and honestly we have done nothing wrong feel totally ripped off to be honest.

    exact same thing happend to me....I am out $300 for account theft (thank you so much Microsoft for keeping my credit card info safe) and now withing 30 days out console has been banned

    Tampering with the console is not the only reason for it getting banned. Other things like Marketplace theft and repeated violations of the
    Terms of Use are also reasons.
