bonjour

aprés retrouvailles d'une console dans mon garage qui y prenait poussières depuis quelques temps

en allumant celle-ci cela m'indique qu'elle es bannie du live

a part l'avoir ouverte pour changer le ventilateur par un lumineu car elle était plus sous garantie je n'ai enfrein aucune loi

serais ce possible de savoir pourquoi celle-ci a été bannie et cela pour combien de temps encore svp ?

1) Bonjour ma Xbox One a été banni du xbox live ( communications et du service en ligne ) du 27 ou 28 mai au 8 juin 2017 en même temps ma console a été aussi banni du xbox live donc je ne pouvais pas prendre d'autre compte pour jouer en ligne le jour ou
j'écrit ce message je suis plus banni des service en ligne je peut rejouer en ligne mais ma console est toujours banni des communications je n'ai pas eu de message concernent ce bannissement je suis allé sur enforcement.xbox.com pour savoir combien de temps
la console est banni mais rien a faire je ne trouve pas cette rubrique sur le site je peut juste savoir combien de temps mon compte a été banni merci

2) J'aimerai savoir si je connecte mon compte a une autre xbox one est-ce-que seconde console sera banni aussi ?

bonjour j ai ete banni sur mon profil mamatbx et je ne comprend pas pourquoi alors que je n ai pas changé mes habitude de jeu ni de console que faire pouvais vous m aidez svp merci de votre collaboration

Hi Matteo,

Thanks for coming to the forums. As mentioned there is nothing that can be done with the console ban. You can however if just purchased the console, take it back to where you purchased and tell them the situation. As they sold you a banned console.
