    I bought my xbox used a long time ago and not to long after i paid for my subscription the xbox live my console was banned and i have no idea why. Please help

    What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

    that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

    for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

    It's not a permenant ban but those that have received a retail console early and connected it to the net have had it banned.

    Xbox One shipped early by Target, one user gets a temporary ban by Microsoft | VG247

    Being a used console there's no telling what the previous owner could have done.

    The enforcement team are the only ones who can give you an official answer as to why your console was banned. They only post in the suspensions and bannings forum. Support just gave you a wrong link.

    FYI they do NOT reverse console bans your only option is to buy another 360 sorry but all that link will tell you is why it was banned not to appeal it.

    i dont do anything wrong, for a few days ago when i played mw3 and search for a match i came in a modded lobby and thats all i know, i was in 16th prestige lv 60 before i was in the lobby, i need my profile, i cant wait 2weeks, i need to talk to a guy TODAY!
    please give me a awnser very very fast! please unban me i dont do something wrong, i need the profile today or i need to go to sony and buy a playstation 4!

    Speed, you'll need to post in the forum that was linked earlier in this forum. That is the only way to contact the enforcement team who are the only ones who handle suspensions/bannings

    Microsoft do not un-ban previously banned consoles as they are permanent. They do not ban people's consoles/accounts lightly, they do so after several investigations.

    The most common reason for a banned console is modifying it, but there are other reasons such as marketplace theft.

    You might want to post in section 14 in order to get an official answer.

    ok thank you what is section 14 ???? sorry not very good at this we've only used market place once and that was to buy some maps for call of duty and honestly we have done nothing wrong feel totally ripped off to be honest.

    exact same thing happend to me....I am out $300 for account theft (thank you so much Microsoft for keeping my credit card info safe) and now withing 30 days out console has been banned

    Tampering with the console is not the only reason for it getting banned. Other things like Marketplace theft and repeated violations of the
    Terms of Use are also reasons.
