Console banned without a Reason!

I wanted to go online as I normally do on my xbox one and got the message that my console is banned.

I bought the console from brand new got proof of that aswell.

Why Im banned ? I want this ban removed !I havent done anything ,I respected all rules ,never got in argument with anyone .I just played games.How is correct to take something that is supposed to be MY property since I spent loads of MY money on it and ban
my acces to it?I didnt even got an email for the reason ! Been using xbox live since 2013. never done anything wrong.

My reupation on xbox site tells everything with my account is "good" etc.

Console banned without reason

So I've posted a few things concerning a console ban without any reason and all I get back is that they are permanent and won't be reversed. I refuse to accept that due to the fact that I have not altered my xbox in any way and have reread the terms of
use and I have complied with all of them. Does anyone know of anywhere that xbox allows you to question a ban or do they just ban people and then leave them to go purchase another xbox. If my only answer is to purchase another xbox I will just have to cancel
my xbox live membership, and I'd also like to bring some sort of legal action against xbox.

As I've posted before in response to your threads, if your console has been suspended, it is due to a gross violation of the Xbox LIVE Terms
of Use or Code of Conduct identified by the Xbox
LIVE Policy and Enforcement team. This thread is now locked, as this is not open for discussion on the Xbox Support forums. You can post in the forum titled " 14 My Xbox LIVE Account

Device bans are not issued lightly, and occur when a particular Xbox console or Xbox on Windows device is used to violate the Code of Conduct in an egregious or repeated manner. Once a device ban occurs, no account can connect to the Xbox Live service from
the affected device. Given the severity of this action we take each device ban extremely seriously, and only take action after a lengthy investigation.

Upon receiving a device ban, any account that attempts to sign in to the Xbox Live service will receive a notification. The specific content of the notification depends on the type of device that received the ban.

Xbox 360:

“This console has been banned for violations of the Terms of Use. To protect the Xbox Live service and its members, Microsoft does not provide details about console bans. There is no recourse for Terms of Use violations.”
