CONSOLE BANNED WITH NO REASON GIVEN???

Can someone help me as to why my console has been banned from the 26th of march to the 25th of may and i only found this out after i spent 2 hours in a conversation with xbox support and a support manager and both gave me the answer of we cant help you???
It didnt say on my xbox enforcement action page i had been banned only the fact that i called because i couldnt access online on like 3 different accounts. So i hope that the enforcement team can give me a reason or im going the the FAIR TRADING and saying
that ive veen banned and no reason has been given.

Microsoft do not un-ban previously banned consoles as they are permanent. They do not ban people's consoles/accounts lightly, they do so after several investigations.

The most common reason for a banned console is modifying it, but there are other reasons such as marketplace theft.

You might want to post in section 14 in order to get an official answer. Although they might just delete your thread and post a link like below as they do not discuss console bans.

The only place to view your enforcement action is on
enforcement.xbox.com. Phone/chat support do not have any connection with enforcement. Console bans cannot be case reviewed or overturned. If the ban is not listed on that site and you have not received a message on screen stating you have been console banned
you may have a different issue.

i have checked all of these options and nothing is showing on my ends but on the phone to the support team they told me my console has been suspended and i would like an enforcement officer to look at my case and tell me the reason for banning my console.
My GT is and my email is [Mod Removed]

Phone support has no connection to enforcement so it is unlikely that they would have that information. Did you get a message on your console stating that it is banned?

Right but there’s no info. There’s no drop down box to see the reason like there is with my previous two enforcement cases. Who do I contact, the enforcement site says support can not help.
