    My xbox one console is banned i went to the site and all the things listed in the overview i have none of the such so why is my console banned. And why is it i was told to get a new one? If i have to get a new one i hope you send it to me because i wont
    buy one what ever it is the it is banned for i would like an explanation and for it to be fixed asap i have played xbox for years not once have i had a console ban. so please explain why it is.

    What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

    that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

    for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

    No, at the end of the day they refused to provide me with why the console was banned, also why would I keep a console that no longer has live services. In the act of falsely banning my console they forced me to sell the unit as a ban console is effectively
    damaged.

    Indeed, that is the correct place to post (If you are banned) to find a reason why.

    Your e-mail is another place to check for a reason why you were banned.......IF the console was banned, no account can use it.

    This account seems just fine. Is this the account with issues or, was the console banned??

    Sorry, but no. Console bans are no reversed. Modding is not the only reason console bans are issued so there's no real way to know why it was banned in the first place.

    Actually it says they will tell you why your console was suspended, not banned. "For more information about account suspensions and console bans, please visit our Xbox Forums.
    Members of the Xbox LIVE Enforcement Team monitor this forum and can tell you why your account or console was suspended". It doesn't say anything about telling users why the console was banned.
