Console banned randomly

I was just playing rainbow one day and I just got banned randomly for no reason please respond asap.

My Xbox was randomly console banned.

A device ban is decided for egregious infractions and that includes tampering with the system. You get a message in your console and your email. A device ban is permanent and can't be reviewed.

But how would it even detect that I open it, and I didn't tamper with it. I simply blew air in the vents, and I've seen plenty of people do this and not get banned.

There are 2 types of suspensions

1. Account level- no matter what console the profile is signed it loses those privileges. and can be seen at the enforcement teams website.

2. Console level- no matter what profile is signed into the console it loses the priviliges. and can not be seen on the enforcement teams website. there are 2 ways to test to see if this is the
problem

1. sign in wit a different account on the console and if you have the same problem then its a console ban.

2. contact xbox support and have them pull up any account that has been signed into that console and it will show them any enforecement actions brought against the account and any console that
has had a ban on it that the account has been signed into.

console bans are not eligible for a case review. And the enforcement team don't reply in here either.

Alternatively, any time a ban is issued a corresponding email is sent to the email address on the account.

Like the others have said check the enforcement site for info on the ban. If it's on the profile you can apply for a case review unless the ban is for 24 hours.

This can be a very weird coincidence (I mean, the refund and receive the ban in your console)

A console ban is something that you don't receive randomly. Usually that happens when the proper team investigate your device and found something strange on it.

Sadly console bans are permanent, you can't appeal to that
