Console banned pls Help me

Hi, good morning, today I called to know about a suspension in my xbox. It was about a month ago that I changed my playstation 4 in an xboxone and I do not know what the old owner of xbox did but I took a suspension in my device for 30 days and it was not
my fault because I do everything within the code Conduct of live. I wanted to please analyze my case, if you can do something to help me because in that little time of use I have nothing to complain about microsoft and after all it was not my fault and I guarantee
that you will never have any problems from today with this device Since I thank you so much for your attention.

Help me enforcement team I didn't do nothing wrong

I reacntly got banned from Xbox live for nothing and I'm permanently banned for doing nothin and now I'm very upset pls help me get my account unbanned pls I didn't do anything wrong just hop on my Xbox and it said hey your banned

 

Can't send messages and i can't message someone in a club

Help pls im not even banned
