Console banned on July 31st.

Why are there random console bans happening for apparently no reason? I'm about to get console banned on July 31st. Is there a reason for this? I did nothing wrong, & I'm getting punished. I see that I'm not the only person who's having this issue! Maybe
this is another mistake that Xbox made? Fix this ****.

listen carefully and read properly f you did not buy an xbox one between July 7th and July 31st you will NOT I repeat you will not receive the $75 promotion it is only for Xbox one's purchased between July 7th and July 31st what's so difficult to understand.
keep in mind you have to have also receive the promotion on your xbox 360 dashboard that's it it was only sent to a select group.

 

So... you're console is gonna be banned in a month. I believe you! I mean, if you've done something to warrant a console ban it makes sense they'd message you and tell you that you can still raise h--- for a month before
they do.

I dm'd you, but I'll reiterate it again. I have no idea why, & I looked at the Enforcement page, literally no infractions on my account stating that I've done something to violate the CoC. This has to be a mistake. The lady told
me that there were no reasons found, whatsoever, regarding this anonymous ban.

 

You do not get told a specific date that a console ban is going to be issued & you certainly don't get a 1 month warning.

If you get a console ban you would get an email at the time the console is banned.

I misunderstood the whole context of this type of "console ban" because the representatives had made it unclear for me, so I actually called MS, & basically, my privileges of playing multiplayer games & communications came to a halt until July 31st. I have
no idea why I get punished for something I didn't even do, that people are reporting me for. I have to get this uplifted, somehow.

A one month suspension is pretty hefty so it's either not your first suspension or whatever you did was pretty serious.

I have a perfect record; therefore, I can't really file a case review without having some type of Enforcement Action on my profile. This was obviously a mistake that Xbox has made. I'm not the only one who's suffering an unnecessary
console ban either, so it could just be a console ban wave. This is the first time this has ever happened to me, & I received no message from my email regarding this issue. I'm not going to wait a full month just to continue with my normal Xbox Live Experience
for something that was obviously a mistake..

Somebody spooked you, or you are making things up....

 

Why would I fabricate something like this? I'm disallowed to play multiplayer games & communicate in parties until July 31st on every account that associates with my console. If you've read throughout the conversations, you would see that I misconstrued
the "Console Ban", thinking I wouldn't be able to use my console anymore. The representatives basically made it unclear for me, so people from MS told me what this type of ban actually meant. Not 1, not 2, but 3 people said the same thing about my console.
It's anonymous because this ban came at me with flying colors without any reason behind it. It was just known that my console ban was issued June 30th at around 8PM, & is scheduled to end around July 31st.

 

I apologize for suggeting you would be dishonest about it - just so short of info, claiming things without explaining, really.

One thing you are banned from a certain game or something - but overall - really weird that MS is not in control of it all.

Can gamers just team up and report somebody - thinking this is fun - and no motivation or anything?

Your title says something very different - that you will be banned on july 31st, not now.
