Console banned -Multiplayer banned

I understand why I have been communicating banned I called sombody a "retard" that was my mistakes and I wouldn't apologise for lthat but there is no reasons why I have been multiplayer banned and Xbox banned I only play with
a couple of people on Xbox on ark survival they are Resign weightstew and xxinmyscopes12 and they can tell you have done nothing wrong to get banned I want this checked and fixed so I can play again because I don't think this is right that I buy Xbox live
and I can't use it I want a good explaining for this.

No, if you are sold the Xbox one via a store and you did nothing wrong, you will not be banned. They broke the terms, not you. Xbox is not banning people playing early.Click to expand...

It's not a permenant ban but those that have received a retail console early and connected it to the net have had it banned.

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

Hi Jurasity,

I'm sorry to hear about your experience, however, bans carry over from console to console at it is account based. If you were banned from Black Ops multiplayer on Xbox 360, you will still be banned from Black Ops multiplayer on the Xbox One.

Ive just received an 100 day communication ban, 30 day multiplayer ban, 30 day console comms ban and 7 day console multiplayer ban for what I can see very little reason at all. The enforcement team at xbox need taking to court and have a lawsuit filed against
them as long as the list of people theyve unjustifiably banned to be honest. Good luck though, think we all need it

Does it give you a enforcement message saying something like this

“Your console is banned. This console has been banned for Terms of Use violations. To protect the Xbox service and its members, Microsoft does not provide details about specific console bans. For more information out console bans, visit xbox.com/xboxone/consoleban.”

Or what happens when you try and get online and play multiplayer? or start a party?
