console banned from xbox live

Don't know why my console is banned on xbox live. Just got message on screen but no explanation given. Talked to support but they could only confirm that it was banned but didn't know why either. They said I had to go through this channel to find out why
it was done so I can get it reinstated. Did not receive any message alerting me to the ban. I was told that I can't contact enforcement team directly. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have no idea why this is happening.

HDD Question

As per the
banned console FAQ, you may move a HDD from a banned console to an unbanned console.

 

transfer saves 'corrupt data' message

Were your old saves on a console that's banned from Xbox Live? Non-banned consoles will see save files updated on banned consoles as "corrupt".
