Console banned for no reason???

I assume that bans happens when say, enforcement types your consoles ser# into their system which then denies said console from all live servers. Now, in the 1st video she translated from the screen what was written in Spanish, I don't speek Spanish but
maybe you do. Was the word "Banned" ever displayed on her screen in said video? She says YES, but you say?

Now, we know when she sent the xbox one in it was returned along with a note that the repair "found nothing wrong." Yet we all know something was very wrong with it. Couldn't go online with it, not even offline.

So what happened Badger. Did the repair center lie, or was the false ban lifted while the console was in transite either too or from the repair center?

My gut tells me that the repair center told the truth. But you're the "expert" so lets hear your side.

On another note the OP has not commented since making this thread, so 1, OP is communications banned. Or 2, OP just like 100's of others just gave up.

Yet if this was me, I'd hop a bus to MS HQ and wheel myself around its streets in protest, either till my dying day, arrest, or other. Hopefully other being worldwide News coverage. But I wouldn't hold my breath.

MS can ban a console from online gaming, but to ban it from running Apps, updates etc. Thats just wrong.

 

How many more of these dumb threads are these kind of people going to keep spamming on this forum section? The Xbox rules are pretty much common sense. If you've been learning in school and sorry if this response may seem a bit harsh, the person would be
able to come to a conclusion why their console may have got banned. (1) do you buy your console from an authorized retailer brand new?, if not, you run the risk. You normally can't tell what the previous owner was truly like (2) The Xbox rules most of it is
pretty much common sense. Don't swear to other people in messages, don't hack, don't harass, don't bully, etc. It's surprising how these posts tend to come from boys (or, men) rather than girls (or women). I think Microsoft's terms and conditions, are fair
enough. Their are rules people have to play by. It's like governments, they make laws and rules which help protect us and help do us good. Without rules, there would be no order.

 

Keep in mind Microsoft has the right to ban immediately consoles (Xbox 360, Xbox 1) with modified firmware or unofficial Microsoft software. Microsoft is strict with trying to keep Xbox Live secure. That is why it's best to buy from an authorized retailer,
brand new. Yes it's more expensive, but it's safer than being a cheap skate and buying second hand, not really knowing the previous owner. Sit down, and really think what the reasons could be, why you got banned. Also if someone has had their Xbox lost or
stolen, the owner of the console could have reported the serial number of that console to Microsoft, that way when that console tries to sign in onto Xbox Live, it gets banned.

 

No one is saying that a modded console shouldn't be banned smiles, only questioning the bans themselves, in which there sure seems to be a lot. Remember the enforcement threads where well over 100 gamers asked. "Why was my console banned?" and got nothing
more than a copy and paste answer and a 'no reply' email along with a thread lock?

Now they closed down enforcement threads, and all that does not seem the least bit suspecious to you?

"Keep live safe" - Where's the harm with a console loggin on for updates or running Apps, but not allowed to game online? Is MS so insequire that it can't allow this while preventing that? If the answer is."Yes." Then MS's Security was junk to begin with
then eh?

 

They found nothing wrong as the console wasn't banned in the first place.

The simple fix was explained to that person.That person who one minute was a disabled middle aged man & then was that woman in the video.

There were more holes in that persons story than in a sieve.

I'm not explaining it anymore.

An industry who even before current gen launched lied like a dog, or an individual fighting such a dishonest industry.

After all thats happened, "ads aren't ads, they're notifications" i'd take the word of Charles Manson over that of either Sony, Microsoft or their minions. So even if that individual lied through their teeth, it was still far, far less of a crime that that
of an entire industry.

In the coput section of xbox ambassadors united, where harm is often done yet no penality is ever incured.

Seriousely: Even if said comment wasn't directed at anyone in particure as you claim, why would a long running xbox ambassadore resort to even post such ilk?

You don't need to give me the answer, but you should at least give yourself an honest answer.
