Console banned for no reason

I have no way of finding out why my console (One that's never been taking apart, modded, or fooled around with) was banned on Aug 18th (the only ban this year I've been told by xbox support). Ever since then, I've been trying to get to the bottom of this,
talking to several support employees only to get nowhere from it. Finally after talking with what must be the 8th support employee. I've been told to post my question here since this forum is actually answered unlike the previous one since they aren't able
to help me with my problem.

My account is

my serial number for the banned console is [Mod Removed]

I am not able to log onto xbox live due to my ban and whenever I try to console check it, it says : "Unable to detect the state of this serial number at this time, please connect this device to Xbox Live." And the "orange hammer" that support keeps
telling me about doesn't exist since I instead have a "perfect record".

This is very frustrating for someone who hasn't done anything wrong and the last thing I've done on xbox live was purchase " street fighter 3rd strike" skins.

I demand a reason as to why I was wrongfully banned, and why it's so difficult to get into contact with someone who can actually help me.

Seriously why do banned people see those folders then decide to post somewhere else instead? They waste their own time and get no sympathy.

Sorry but you were informed incorrectly about where to post. No one on the forums can assist with enforcement action on an account or console.

Please log in to the following link with and open a Case Review. However, due to the fact that the action occurred almost 2 months ago I'm not sure that the option to open the review will be available.

kinda funny since everybody pushes me to that forum even though it's a dead forum. The first post is about how the forum is no longer in use. So in other words, there's no way I can get my issue revolved. Glad to see Microsoft just randomly banned me claiming
I messed with my xbox when I didn't. Might as well consider legal action at this point to get my money back.

 

You should be able to go to the enforcement page that onyx62is posted above and open a case review. That seems to be the way forward from now on for having a console ban reviewed. The following post on the forum has all of the details:

Reading through the link posted above it does state that console bans are not elible for review so please set up a thread at the forum link I provided. The PET should be able to review and reply either via email or pm on these forums.

 

@onyx62is like I said previously that thread isn't used anymore as stated in the sticky (It's the first post on the thread). I've been bamboozled and tried everything but microsoft doesn't care about little ol me. They messed up somewhere along the line
and gave me a console ban when I didn't deserve one. Maybe there's someone out there with a modded xbox that was supposed to get the ban and not me. Either way the only way it looks like I'd be able to reverse this process is if I can get whoever established
the ban and talk with them about everything that is going on. But I highly doubt they'd take the time to help me with something like that.
