Console Banned and stuck on OS

Hello,

My xbox console has been banned and I need assistance in resolving the issue. Upon my investigations, a technician I gave the console to signed onto an xbox live account (which I am using to make this post - L: *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** gamer
tag - ) and used this account to in violating the terms of the xbox marketplace without my knowledge. I have no idea the type of changes he made to the firmware but I am unable to update the console. As at now whenever I turn on the console
I see the ban notification and I am restricted from the xbox live store. I would be grateful if checks are done on the console ID and account to find out why the ban is still active and if anything can be done about it since the duration has been completed.
I visited the enforcement page with the xbox live ID (L: *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***) and noticed the ban/suspension duration has been completed. Hence, I am confused as to why I am getting the ban notice and restriction on my
xbox one console. Details of my xbox one console are as follows:

Would be grateful for any information on how i can update and resolve this ban/suspension.

Xbox One won't update on the next Preview Build

My Xbox stucks in the Update screen an don't download the update only from the 488 MBs to 412 MB than it says something went wrong.

I Tried to reset the Console, but the same problem.

I tried to disconnect the console from the Power and wait the 30 secs but always the same issue.

Source OS: 10.0.17133.2020

Target OS: 10.0.17134.3024

 

Stuck on Contact xbox support screen help

My xbox is stuck on the same screen with an error code on it and I'm in the preview program the customer support says it's a corrupt os please help

I'm afraid nobody in the forums will be able to assist regarding enforcement related issues or questions.

Also keep in mind that the suspension that is completed may have been a account suspension, while the console suspension is a permanent one.

You also may want to ask what the technician you gave the console too what they have done.
