    Hey this is my first time having an Xbox, and I bought it from a market place seller. Unfortunately it turns out this console is banned and I can't get hold of the previous owner contact anymore. does anyone know how to help?

    You need to contact the seller who you bought it from and get your money back, as once a console is banned, it can never be unbanned.

    I was comms banned a few days ago and In the report it says nothing about a console ban, I already tried to restart my Xbox do a hard reset, reset my router, this was the first time I've ever been in contact with Xbox enforcement, it just doesnt make any
