Console banned after im already on a Communication ban HOW!?

Clearly the Enforcement Team doesn't actually look into the reports. I got a communication ban, i know exactly from who and it was a troll mean reason, but fine whatever.. a day and a half later.. i get a console ban for "Harassment, and Threats" Which isnt
even possible due to i cant talk to anyone nor message them because im on a communication ban i got a day before.. i submit a review, and of course it gets Upheald and probably laughed at. since we all know even if we are innocent submitting a review doesn't
help anything and they uphel eveysingle person.

You people seriously need to Review and actually look into the reports! The dude still is messaging me harassing me even after im banned i reported. Ive reported ajd blocked the person so he cant try to keep ruining my day.

I got a communication ban, while I was already banned from communications.

I apparently have received a communication ban on my account, while I was currently doing time for another communication ban. How could I have received another communication ban while I was currently communication banned?

 

Banned for communication then banned from Xbox live 2 days later for nothing

I understand the communication ban but why the Xbox ban when you've already banned me for communication

 

The enforcement team does investigate each complaint they receive. The investigations do take time so both suspensions could be for actions that took place weeks or months ago.

 

Not with my situation, i just got off a communication ban and only messages ive sent was saying "GG" (Good Game) in Siege. And i beat this one guy and he kept calling me trash and we went at it in messages and he said he was gonna report me, and get me banned.
which Obviously he did. And till this day hes still calling me "trash" and wanting to get something out of me.

This is ridiculous. ive only been off communication ban for about a week or two, and i know better at this point. and i also know better when to see something that isnt correct.

 

Xbox Enforcement team are very horrible bud. everyone knows this. go look on the forums about console bans now haha!

half of them are completely innocent you'd be surprised how many kids and there friends can easily abuse the "Report" button.

You ever wonder why you go into a lobby full of mics and nobodys talking?? its because everyone 's afraid of getting banned. And or are on a ban.



The whole xbox community has gone down hill due to the past two years of these ignorant bans, and you are correct none are looked into, and no matter how innocent you are even with 100% proof they will always upheld you.

Just go over to PlayStation bud thast where everyone gonna be at by 2019 due to xboxs horrible team and false bans.

PlayStation actually looks into and fully investigates everything. and the person doing false bans actually gets banned.
