Console Banido

Fui jogar e recebi uma mensagem que meu xbox one foi banido, e tenho algumas perguntas:

1- Quero saber o motivo do banimento? Todo o suporte que tentei me diz pra acessar o link: http://enforcement.xbox.com ...Porem nesse link só existe um formulário para revisão do banimento de contas
da live e não no console, minha conta nao foi banida, somente o console. O próprio twitter do xbox support disse que não tem existe uma revisão de banimento do console.

2- Já que não poderei jogar online, tentei fazer o download do netflix e globosat play, no quais sou assinante, e a loja nao abre. A microsoft pode me proibir de jogar, mas não de usar apps que não dependem da live. Como faço para fazer o download desses
apps?

Gostaria de saber os motivos do banimento do meu console? Pois, comprei ele em uma loja oficial que é autorizada a revendo do aparelho e não faço uso de minha conta para fins de uso indevido, não jogo com outros jogadores online só faço poucos usos de aplicativos
como: YouTube e algumas vezes jogo gta v que inclusive comprei original compra on line.

desta forma peço o desbanimento do meu console para que eu possa estar novamente utilizando os apps online.

Normally the ban occurs on an account then if the offense is severe enough the console will have a ban as well
