    Por favor Microsoft não fiz nada de errado para meu console ser banido desliguei ele em uma manhã ae quando foi a noite ele estava banido por favor arrumen isso se não eu vou ser obrigado a comprar outro console e já estou sem dinheiro pra isso gosto muito
    da Microsoft e seus conteúdos mas banir consoles e o único defeito isso faz a inpreza perder clientes mas se arrumarem meu banimento já e um começo obrigado.

    Gostaria de saber os motivos do banimento do meu console? Pois, comprei ele em uma loja oficial que é autorizada a revendo do aparelho e não faço uso de minha conta para fins de uso indevido, não jogo com outros jogadores online só faço poucos usos de aplicativos
    como: YouTube e algumas vezes jogo gta v que inclusive comprei original compra on line.

    desta forma peço o desbanimento do meu console para que eu possa estar novamente utilizando os apps online.

    ninguém dá satisfação, a gente fica largado aqui...

    não vem um e-mail pelo menos para falar sobre o caso...

    o que fica na minha cabeça é o que que adiantou ter um

    apreço por ter os jogos originais todos certinhos e comprar só na live...

    se tem gente bem próximas com consoles desbloqueados que a microsoft

    não consegue encontrar e nunca vão e estão funcionando numa boa...

    to aqui com meu console banido, sem reposta sem motivo, minha reputação no enforcment é excelente...

    e ficamos por isso mesmo : (

    amargou muito a vida!

    P.S: queria muito ser da microsoft agora e poder te dizer

    The enforcement team isn't active on the forums, so they will not reply here.

    Console bans arren't issued lightly, so something must be done that was against the code of conduct.

    I'm sorry to see any frustrations, however we are unable to assist with any Enforcement actions. If there are other accounts on the console that also received a suspension, you can have them file a

    Case Review     to find out why the console was banned in addition to their account. Otherwise, there should be an email sent to your Microsoft account detailing why the console was suspended; console suspensions are not eligible for Case Review at this time.

    Normally the ban occurs on an account then if the offense is severe enough the console will have a ban as well
