    Unlifted suspension

    Gday. I was suspended a few weeks ago for comunications. The suspension was ment to be lifted on the 27th at 8.55pm. All the comunications is still blocked on my xbox live. Can anyone help please??????

    forums cant message from my xbox but ican message on the website

    fix my ####ing account now I can't message and half my games aren't working getting ####ed off with this you guys band me for 24 hours band has lifted fix it now!!!!!

    Try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, then re-adding the account and see if that clears it up.

    I tried that about 3 times and still doesn't fix my problem

    Except only the XBLPET's have access to anything regarding suspensions or bans. Contacting support would do nothing for him.

    @OP, please go to Enforcement.XBOX.com to check on the status of your suspension. While the duration of your console ban may be up, the duration of your communications ban
    may not.
