Console ban

Xbox I can’t believe you, my account was falsely banned by you guys, I’m a loyal customer who spends money on games everytime they come out, either someone falsely reported me or, you guys got the wrong person, I’m heartbroken and betrayed, as well as thinking
of just getting a PS4 if this issue cannot be unsolved and have my console unbanned

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

It's not a permenant ban but those that have received a retail console early and connected it to the net have had it banned.

If you feel that your account was falsely suspended you would need to file for a case review by signing into the account with the suspension on it at enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review at which point the enforcement team will reinvestigate the report
and determine if they can lift the suspension sooner.

This is the only way to get the suspension lifted sooner.

The enforecement team does not monitor these forums.
