Console Ban XBox one

I tried logging in today after 3 days offline and when I went to connect to Xbox live i received a notice stating my console has been banned from Xbox live. I have received no communication from Xbox or Microsoft about this but now my Xbox is a glorified
overpriced Bluray player. Your support staff is unable to give me any answers when I attempt to contact them. All I have gotten is a bunch of links that do not help and no information about my Ban or even why my device is banned.

Looks like I have been Xboned.

It's not a permenant ban but those that have received a retail console early and connected it to the net have had it banned.

Secondly, yes, as a new member I'd expect that, but ive already found a trade off one of my regular forums. Just a friend recomended this place so I thought I'd try it.

Thirdly, dev consoles are different and cant connect to XBL at all. However, doesnt mean devs dont have early access to retail consoles.

And finally, all review consoles are retail versions. Plenty of those exist. Hence how I got mine.Click to expand...

They are banning people but only until release when the console is unbanned.

The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a

Case Review. 24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not reviewable however. You can however find more information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live
Gamertag. If you're eligible, you can submit a case review using the steps
HERE, however sometimes you're asked to complete a short questionnaire before you can submit a case review. All of the questions refer to the Code of Conduct, which you should review prior to filing the review.

If you fail on the questionnaire, don't worry as you'll be given another chance in 24 hours.

Is one of the consoles banned from Xbox Live? You can't move profiles or saved games from a banned console to a non-banned one; they'll show as corrupt.

You can also get a console privilege suspension if you keep getting banned/suspended which means any account on that console will have the same punishment as the suspended account,even new accounts.

100 day suspensions & console suspensions are pretty much the final warning & last chance to stop breaking the rules.

Console bans are still a thing. If he hasn't been permanently banned yet, he will most likely be soon.

Console bans don't carry over from console to console so if you get an xbox one for xmas it wont be banned.

Does your Xbox One indicate when the console ban ends? Where a console ban on Xbox 360 was permanent and irreversible, the same is not necessarily true with Xbox One. Temporary console bans can occur, and are used to protect Xbox Live from significant
abuse that may be coming from that console, usually in the form of repeated harassment from accounts that use that console.
