Console ban with no explination

why have i been console banned until august 15th but have yet to be notified of the reasons why the enforcement team refused to notice the fact that i mentioned it in my case review i spend $1000s a year on dlc in game purchases and games and i have no voice
nor have the option to even talk to a real life person but have the option to have an automated message sent back upholding the decision its been almost a week and i have yet to recieve a single reason why i was console banned by the enforcement team i was
told by a support worker that it was for modding and that is a false claim on the enforcement teams end and i am at fault for something that i have never done nor know how to do i am also treated like trash basically when i ask questions when i own your products
and im a tiny tiny little fraction of why you get paid but yet get information witheld from me about my ban the customers should matter and we dont

My xbox has a console ban, there are no explinations on why. And iv'e went through various annoying phonecalls with not one piece of help. I was banned for nothing honestly xbox get on it this is nonsense!

 

disc 2?

what is disc 2? is it the expansion of multiplyer, or the spartan op? there was no explination of what i just downloaded to the console

 

Device bans are decided only for repetitive or grave infractions of the Code of Conduct and service rules. In this case you are only notified regarding the ban and no further info is necessary as you have agreed on this when you signed for xbox live.

The enforcement team doesn't uses the forums and we can't help you with suspensions.
