    Console ban was lifted on July 26, it's now aug2 and still not allowing me to chat


    I got banned like 3 weeks ago. My console got banned too. I spent hours each day since trying to get my console fixed. Chat still isn't working. On my account or any other account on the Xbox, however they all work o different consoles(console was banned)
    console is 10 days outside of the ban(it was lifted on the 26th) I still can't chat or send messages from any of the accounts and I understand there is no way to contact enforcement team but seems to me there is a huge problem seeing how I'm not the only one
    with this exact problem. Ok granted I cussed out a guy who cussed at me my 11 year son saying very inappropriate things to my kid. I get the suspension but it's lifted I should be able to use the services I paid for. Monthly, and games I purchased. I have
    4 Xbox one's. It's needless to say Xbox has made a ton of money off me alone. It's only fair they spend a little more time caring that this problem is fixed. Please reach out to me with a solution. Not a contact online support because they sent me to this
    forum to get it fixed I don't do well doing circles.

    yes but my console ban was supposed to be lifted on July 11 and I've been waiting for 3 days and it's still not been lifted. Any ideas on what I should do??

    Unbanned but still can't use party chat

    I was banned from 6/15 to 6/29 2 days later while banned I received another ban going to 7/1. My bans are over but not allowing me to use party chat or message anyone, it's been about 14 hours since the ban was "lifted" any help will be appreciated

    You can view the ban by logging in on enforcement.xbox.com however console bans are not eligible for case review. Sorry.

    Suspension supposed to be lifted but it's not.

    my ban has been lifted on xbox one. my friends still can't hear me in party chat or games.The bubble moves when i talk but none can hear me since the ban has been lifted. i think there might have been a problem on your end when the ban was lifted. i didn't
    have this promblem prior to the ban. I have called xbox one support and they have had me do everything to try and fix the promblem. please fix this .
