Console ban still not lifted

Hello my console ban was supposed to be lifted on July 11 at 6:08:29pm but it still hasn't been lifted. I was advised to reset my Xbox but it didn't do anything and then I was advised to come here and post on the forums because I cannot submit a case review.
Can you please lift my ban??

Console bans are permanent and will not be lifted.

 

Temporary ban still not lifted

redownload your profile and Power cycle your console by shutting it down and unplugging it from the wall and wait 30secs or till the light on the power brick turns off (older Xbox ones and 360) unless you have an Xbox s like me

Then Power it on

You can view the ban by logging in on enforcement.xbox.com however console bans are not eligible for case review. Sorry.

 

yes but my console ban was supposed to be lifted on July 11 and I've been waiting for 3 days and it's still not been lifted. Any ideas on what I should do??
