Console Ban-Need Help Immediately!

So me and my 13 year old brother share an xbox in our family room. He has his own account and I have my own. I play eso and rocket league a few times a week. Earlier last week I went to play and an error kept coming up. Saying I
was banned from all multiplayer activity. I called and found out that you guys banned my entire console. Upon further investigation I found out my brother messaged someone saying "F***ing idiot" and that was the cause for the ban. First, why is my entire console
banned for only calling somebody an idiot? Wouldn't a message suspension be enough punishment? and 2nd why am I getting punished for something he did. I totally understand his account being suspended for a week or so but I am also affected. And I am the one
who pays for gold so now I am having my money stolen by xbox for 2 weeks because I can't get online. I've been a customer of Microsoft since the 360 came out so I am very disappointed with this situation. If any moderators, staff, or anyone who has enforcement
team contact info can offer any assistance it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

i try chat with Technical Support but system cancel my order and say call as now :S and im now in egypt not in usa and i cant call them .......

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle supsensions/bans and they do not use the forums. There is no way to contact them regarding console bans. You can find more information about console bans here - Xbox Enforcement | How Do I

 

My xbox should not be banned. If I don't get put in touch with a member of the enforcement team or somebody who can help me out then I will take legal action against Microsoft. I have 3 weeks of Gold that is wasted now due to the ban. Microsoft is stealing
money from me and from everybody else they have banned. It is unfair. I am 100% positive that PlayStation does not treat its customers like this...

 

Your money has not been stolen. The responsible party is your brother. Maybe having a discussion with him about his behavior will prevent future actions.

Console suspensions CAN be used to prevent alternate accounts from attempting to bypass the enforcement action. I am NOT saying this is the case, but it is one of the possibilities.

 

Threatening legal action will not help. It is an idle threat as you agreed to follow the Code of Conduct when you created your account.

Yes, the PSN does have similar enforcement policies.

And you will also be required to take a quiz over the code of conduct to test your understanding of it. The Xbox Live Code of Conduct and Microsoft Terms of Use agreements were contractually agreed upon when you signed up for the Xbox Live Services and any
violations of these agreements have consequences that you also agreed to within these agreements. Sorry to say that It does not mater who did uses your account according, these agreements make you responsible for everyone's actions will using your account
and equipment therefor any consequences will fall onto the offending account. You will also notice in these agreements that one also forfeits all remaining balances and license should you end up receiving a permanent ban. If you will be filling a case review,
I would recommend following their suggestions at the bottom of the page under Notes on how to communicate with the enforcement team, it will go a long way in gaining their respect for your situation while the are reviewing the case evidence.
