console ban lifted but still have issues

    console ban lifted but still have issues


    I had a 2 week console ban but now its lifted but i can talk or send messages but i can play multiplayer.

    yes but my console ban was supposed to be lifted on July 11 and I've been waiting for 3 days and it's still not been lifted. Any ideas on what I should do??

    Console ban and communication ban

    can someone help me please ?, so I had 2 bans one for com and on for console ban, my ban has been lifted but I can play online but for commutation it still says because of yourboy past behaviour like This isn this fair :/ am I ban forever ? I have no Active
    bans but I still can’t talk or anything

    Sounds like you had a communications ban not a console ban. Try removing the account from the console, do a hard restart, and then re-download the account to see if that clears the issue.

    It sounds like the suspension may have been extended. We are unable to comment on any Enforcement actions taken against accounts or consoles. If you have an active account suspension or a permanent suspension from within the last 12 months, you can submit
    a Case Review to the Policy Enforcement team. If you have a console suspension, this does not qualify for Case Review, however your Microsoft Account email should have been sent an email
    detailing the suspension information.
