    We just bought a second-hand XBOX One, but that person didn't say that the XBOX had a Console Ban... So we bought it for $150. The problem is that we can't use it, because i can't set my account on it. Please help me! Console Ban - Just bought the XBOX :(

    It's not a permenant ban but those that have received a retail console early and connected it to the net have had it banned.

    You would have to try returning it to where it was purchased. Console bans are not overturned.

    If you have never had the console connected to LIVE before then Gamestop sold you a banned console. Take it back to the store and demand a refund or you will be taking legal action against them for selling it to you.

    Consoles can not be unbanned, so the console must have been pre owned and banned before you owned it..

    As others pointed out, your previous console was most likely banned. Saves on a banned console cannot be used on an unbanned console.
