Console Ban / Glitch

Good Evening guys I received a 2 week enforcement on an account yesterday but now on a clean account with no enforcement I am getting "because of your past behaviour you are not allowed to play online"

What doesn't make sense is I have been playing on my clean account all day and tonight at 8PM I got "because of your past behaviour" and then "gold expired" so I bought gold and now when I go to play online it just says "because of your past behaviour you
can't play online"

It says that for my account which has the suspension and that was last night so why now am I getting it on my non enforced account, I have no enforcements on this account.

I have reset my console and tried everything

If anyone knows anything about this I will be very greatful, no enforcement notifications nothing just randomly not allowed to play online because of past behaviour, I understand for my enforced account but why this account with no enforcement action

Yep,anyone that has downloaded FREE content from a different region to their main account will get a console ban.

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

This would be why. Using a separate account to avoid a communication suspensions is against the terms of service. Doing so results in a communications suspension of the entire console.

Thank You for replying, does this mean that once the enforcement is over on my enforced account that I'll be able to play online on my normal account? Sorry I'm just confused as to why I have no enforcement notification about the entire console and I am
worried my console is permanently banned?

People do not get banned for nothing

Back in 2011, Microsoft did unfairly ban a lot of consoles because of a software 'glitch.'

They had to unban those consoles and compensate the affected people. Imagine the hell some of those kids would have gotten because 'the Enforcement Team doesn't make mistakes.

So if they've mistakenly banned once because of a software glitch, it would be naive indeed to believe that it couldn't happen again.

Is there a glitch with the bans right now? Because it doesn't show my ban history on websites on any device and is there a way to tell if its a glitched ban and not actually temporary?

There are deffo no aimbots or glitches on BO2 multi-player as Trey released a statement in conjunction with Xbox, anyone found to be using mod's or glitches to gain an unfair will be banned their consoles so dont worry guys try and have fun
