Console Ban For NO REASON AT ALL

I recently got console banned for absolutely no reason and lucky it was for 2 months but come on man as soon as ww2 was coming out and right when it's nearly my birthday so I got banned from 25 Oct to 24 Dec and i did nothing to deserve this and id like
to be unbanned very quickly please! Hopefully you get this before the release day of cod ww2 or even my bday (1 Nov)

Most of the kids on here are just trolling to get some sick satisfaction or to give them a sense that MS validates them. Probably due to being unwanted in real life. But that's just my opinion.

Regardless of what the trolls say, REAL Innocent people are getting their consoles banned. Not for modding, not for stealing from the Market place, not for repeat violations.. but for being false flagged as having tried to run pirated games. There's a
problem with their "fool proof" system. Mine was flagged has having failed an AP25 challenge. From the research I've done over the last week i know of only 6 titles that use this form of anti piracy and i believe that it was only fulling integrated around
the time of the kinect release.

If you own legit copies of any of these you can find yourself in our shoes without warning.

And i can only assume that the list will be getting longer in a few months when a lot of the A-list titles come out. These disks are just getting older and more worn. If MS doesn't fix it soon, i'd predict that more and more will be showing up to these
forums looking for answers. (And the trolls rejoice.)

Hmm? You never read the account suspension forums? Virtually every poster there swears up and down they didn't violate the ToU. They didn't violate the ToU by making their avatars blue, by setting their XBOX Live tenure to
10 years, by sending voice or text messages offering lobbies/mods/etc for MSP, the list goes on and on.

The current
wave of bans is due to activities that do not require a hacked console.You proclaiming your console isn't modded doesn't mean anything.

 

The enforcement team do not use the forums.

Console suspensions are not issued for "no reason".

Usually they are issued due to multiple accounts on the same console receiving enforcement actions or to stop people using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on their main account.

Either way,console bans/suspensions are not eligible for a case review so you will have to wait out the suspension.

 

actually that's wrong I've had multiple Xbox agents tell me on the phone that I have to post here for them to review it and it was for no reason as I only had my main account on my Xbox and it was banned a couple times but that's it

 

It's not wrong.

Phone/chat support often send people to the forums because they can't help which is incorrect.

The enforcement team do not use the forums & haven't done for a couple of years.

Case reviews can only be done via the enforcement site but console bans/suspensions are not eligible for a case review.
