Console ban ended but i still have the effects

I have had a console ban for two weeks now, the ban has already ended, but even after two hard resets and a internet reset, i still have the effects, I spoke with a representative "Justin R" and he says the ban is until December 9th 2017. On enforcement.xbox.com,
it shows I have no more bans, so i don't know what to do. I am not against the enforcement team, just against the system. If i report someone for cussing me out, they should get banned. If i tell them i'm reporting them, i shouldn't get banned. False reports
all real Xbox enforcement team, and i get falsely reported all the time. Thanks for any help yall can give me .

Even though I'm unbanned, I still can't send messages due to past behavior

I was communication banned on 6-26-17 and console banned on 6-27-17 , the communication ban ended on 7-9-17 and the console ban ended on 7-11-17. I have no active bans right now but I still can't communicate on Xbox one. I try to send a message but it says
you can't do this because of past behavior.

Unfortunately, there isn't much that can be done. The only way to contact enforcement is via the "Gavel" link you have in the screenshot above. If there is an enforcement against your account that you can not see, you should try requesting an email with
the information be sent to you from the department that you spoke with, Justin R. Enforcement doesn't read the forums so you are
really limited with options right now. Sorry I can't be of more help. As a fall back, you could try the below suggestions I give to people that think they are still under enforcement but actually aren't any longer. Good luck!

Try this, remove your account from the console via the account settings and then add it back again. That should reset the account fix your issue if you're not under enforcement.

Also, you can try a hard reset on the console by holding in the power button on the console for 10 seconds, let it turn off, then reboot.

 

From my understanding there has been an issue where ban extensions and/or additions are not showing up on the enforcement this might be your case.

 

I was talking with a representative, he said that I had a ban until december 4th, on enforcement, it says nothing of the sort

 

In that case, I'd take what the rep said as final.
