console ban case review

Good morning. Today I called xbox support to figure out why I am console banned but have not yet received and email or message. I would like to have a case review because I have not done anything to get as far as Bein console banned. Thank you. My gamertag

Remove permanent ban from my console

Only the enforcement team handles bans/suspensions and the only way to reach them is by filing for a case review.

Console bans are not eligible for case review. Permanent console bans are just that. Permanent.

i've got banned unfairly

You can file for a case review on a permanent ban.

It's console bans or 24 hour suspensions that you can't file for a case review.

The only console ban that exists is on the 360 console. That being said, according to enforcement, all console bans are final. However, you can always try the below suggestion and see if it still applies to your current situation. Good luck!

https://enforcement.xbox.com/enforcement/showenforcementhistory, sign in, then click the orange gavel. Once you're in, look next to your current enforcement action and look for a review button next to it. If you see it, click
on it and fill out the form requesting that Enforcement review your current situation. Keep in mind, not all enforcement actions warrant a review as it is at enforcements discretion but, you might be in luck. This is the ONLY way to get an enforcement action
overturned.

Not all console bans are final. Some Code of Conduct violations that don’t rise to the level of a device ban can instead result in the temporary loss of specific Xbox One or Xbox on Windows device privileges. When this occurs, the device can still connect
to Xbox Live, but certain functionality (such as communications or online multiplayer) will be restricted for a particular duration.

If is a console ban and not just a console priveledge suspension then those are permanent and never reversed.

The enforcement team are the only ones that has information on/deals with bans. The only way to reach them is by filing for a case review. Console bans are not eligible for case review.
