Console ban and communication ban

can someone help me please ?, so I had 2 bans one for com and on for console ban, my ban has been lifted but I can play online but for commutation it still says because of yourboy past behaviour like This isn this fair :/ am I ban forever ? I have no Active
bans but I still can’t talk or anything

Bans

There are different kinds of bans an account ban and a console ban. The account ban which a communication ban is will follow your account it is not tied to the console so yes it would follow you to the One.

 

Banned for communication then banned from Xbox live 2 days later for nothing

if this is about a 100 day communication ban. This follows with a 2 week console ban them an additional 46 day communication ban making a 60 day privilege suspension

I rang up support and they told me I’m getting unban on jan 4 2018 like why ? I messaged some guy in a group because he was cursing at me and stuff so I’m guessing he and his group reported me but still whole year why ? Didntmod or anything :/

 

Xbox Enforcement does not use the forums and the only way to get help is through the enforcement website.

Oh why, yes of course it is fair. You broke the rules, you pay the price.

 

Console bans are not issued lightly, the enforcement team thoroughly investigates the evidence before ever issuing this type of ban due to the severity of it. Their is literally nothing that can be done about this unfortunately. The enforcement team can't
even lift it.

When a Console has a device ban you can still play games on it. However you are not allowed to do any online functions at all. The only way around this is to buy a new console. If you account was also issued a ban you can go to the enforcement site and request
a case review. I will link a video below showing you have to do a case review for your account.
