    I am a military service member currently serving over seas. I put in a repair request on 20 Feb 2016. Due to my being overseas I was told that they were going to send me box to ship console back to states to get fixed. after almost 2 months and still no
    box. contacted support and they said it should be there any day. now over 3 mo and still nothing. When I look at the repair request it says canceled.

    As for system, turns on fine, pic looks like has some dead pixels, and when I try and load game it freezes and restarts. I have uninstalled and reinstalled games, done a factory reset, as well as an offline system update. nothing works. If it was a PC it
    is like the GPU may be failing.

    So I have been without my system I payed allot of money for for 3 months now. If shipped regular mail it can take another month one way to ship system so even if you shipped now potentially could take total of 5-6 months with no system and xbox live I payed
    for to use on MY system. I am tempted to buy another system just so I can have something to do here while deployed on off time BUT questioning if I want to buy another system that I have received such crappy support for. not to mention having to pay an additional
    350 - 500 for another console.

    I looked into this device last year, but never went through with it, due to wireless support issues across consoles. Now that it has developed a bit further I may revisit it.

    Teredo and Live support issues

    As for me, I tried the microsoft provided steps, they didn't work for me.

    Later I stumbled over this post on reddit:

    with this I actually managed to get the xbox app to obtain the teredo address.

    But sadly I still can't play KI-Multplayer whatever the reason may be. Teredo Filter in router is also disabled.

    Sorry about the shipping problem the order gets canceled after 1 month with no package or response if you still have the console you can request for another repair and mention on what happened previously. Most likely since your out on sea it's possible for
    the box to get lost and after a few weeks of waiting you can call the customer support and see if you can ship to a different address maybe a friend / family member and you can deliver the console there so they can ship it.

    You can go here too contact the customer support
    via chat / call.

    I'd first contact the support and then see what they can do about the shipping - then after click the link which will provide how to set up a request to repair the device - wait about 1-2 business days if you still haven't gotten the box chat / call the
    support and ask them if they can provide a link to track the shipping - and ask them if they can hold the time for the repairs and see if it could be extended etc - the Xbox forums are always here and feel free to Pm me or reply back to the thread thanks.

    Hey there Jfish!

    Sorry to hear that you're dealing with issues trying to get back into your account.

    Unfortunately, the only ways that we have right now to get back into your account are completing the
    ACSR
    and/or following the steps here on our page entitled
    Recover and reset your lost Microsoft account password
    . If you cannot recover your account those ways then you can always create a new account.

    I know this is not the most preferred answer but we have these security protocols set in order to keep any of your personal information safe from unauthorized access by other parties.

    Hey there LiQuldRaNgEr,

    We're sorry to hear about the console issues, but if you were looking to get the console serviced through warranty the $400 hold is necessary, if you are planning to do an advanced exchange. This isn't required though if you're doing the standard exchange
    procedure. The 21 days is an estimate and it could arrive sooner. It does sound like the chat and phone teams did go through all of the troubleshooting possible, before recommending the repair. If you'd like to try to troubleshoot it further with me here on
    the forums, I'd be happy to help out. I'd just need a little more information on the issue and a few network details, so please let me know.

    If you'd like to see a change to the return and exchange policy though, that's something you can post your feedback and ideas about on
    feedback.xbox.com. The teams are always looking to improve the console and customer experience and that would be a great place to let your voice be heard by the proper teams.
