Console and Account Banned for NO Reason, What Should I Do?

I'm truly sorry to hear about this issue, and I completely understand how frustrating it can be. I’ve had an account permanently suspended in the past myself, and unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get the suspension lifted either.

Just to clarify, Xbox Support does not handle suspensions or enforcement actions. If your enforcement action is recent and meets the criteria, you may be eligible to submit it for a case review through the Enforcement site.

Personally I do think Microsoft should give out the reason for a console being banned. They it for accounts if asked, so they should do the same for the console.

The only reason I can think of that they don't give a reason is that people can't build up a list of things that got people banned and so learn to avoid those combinations.

Ok , here's a question for you.

Lets say that a person somehow cracks this console so that it can play pirated games, what should happen? Should the account that did the crack get banned or the console?

If its the account then you still have a "rogue" console out in the wile able to play pirated games etc. however if you ban the console, then theoretically that console can never connect to Xbox live and be virtually useless.

that is a different circumstance. You now have a reason to take that console out of service. And of course the owner of the console who was responsible should also pay the consequences. They are banning consoles due to the code of conduct that users are
abusing and that is what I don’t agree with. A console that has been altered should be the only reason to ban a console.

They ban consoles for a reason, and they are not required to give either a warning or an explanation. Should they give a reason?, yes!. But that is their call and most people will know exactly what they did to get banned anyway. Those that don't will likely
never know the exact reason.
