Console account limit reached on fifa 19

whenever i make new accounts for my friends and family a message pops up saying 'console account limit reached' and ive tried to contact xbox but its not working! anyone know what to do??

Thanks for posting, for in-game issues its recommended to complete a hard reset here are the steps:

1. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds while it is on
2. After 10 seconds release the button (the console should be off)
3. Press the power button as normal to turn it back on

It's a restriction put innplace my EA. You would have to try contacting them, but if you've reached the limit then therr usually isn't anything you can do.

EA Support. They usually go through a ticket system so make sure to provide the circumstances in which this message appears and any troubleshooting you may have attempted.

 

Yes. Since the restriction is on their game, they would have to be the one to lift it if it is possible.
