Consistently kicked from XBox Live

I have an Xbox 360. On occasions I get kicked from Xbox live. But when I try to play GTA5 or Black Ops 3, I get kicked so frequently that I can't even play the games. I've gone through all of the troubleshooting steps, Clearing cache and corrupted files,
redownloading my gamertag, doing port passthroughs or making my Xbox the DMZ, connecting through ethernet, Resetting my modem router, and anything else I thought might help. I can't figure out what to do and it's become quite irritating.

How do i change my nat from it being strict?

At 7:45 PM Central time while playing horde I was disconnected again from xbox live. It is now 8:35 PM and I still cannot get signed back in!!!!!! Please HELP

My NAT has been open since the passthroughs

 

had the same problem, started with destiny, now it's just locked me out period...

 

If it helps. I usually can have an invite only session with any number of people. But I can't seem to be on a public session. And I don't just get kicked from the session. I get disconnected altogether.

I had a similar problem a few years back. I can only assume to log into your router/modem and check on your settings to see if the option channel is on auto. It can be found on Lan settings i belive. Switch it to a manual channel.
