    Consistent Xbox Live Outages


    Just wondering, as a long time Xbox Live Gold user, should we be expecting any sort of extension on our membership based on the frequent outages that are due to poor security, poor planning, or any other issue on Microsoft's end? My cable company credits
    me for outages that are their own fault. Since this is something I have been dealing with on a regular basis, I would like to request this be done. Also, can someone remind me if this is the 2nd or 3rd time Microsoft has been attacked/hacked in 2014? -Frustrated

    These outages are happening too often If this keeps up I will end my subscription.

    I'm fed up.....

    Still never received a response to this, yet I continue to see and experience Xbox Live issues, and my Live renewal is coming due soon. Any follow up Microsoft? My cable company provides a credit for the time is was out. Microsoft has done nothing to support
    long time users. I believe I will be entering my 10th year as an Xbox Live user.

    I too am getting fed up with these constant outages. I have both a 360 and an Xbox One and never in my life experienced such crappy service. I don't pay a 12 month membership for nothing , which is what I feel like is happening. I only get, if I'm luck
    one day a week where there is not any issues. I have a PS3 and have not had near as many issues as with Microsoft. I am seriously thinking about just cancelling my xbox live membership and going to a PS4. A lot of people I know are feeling the same. ***

    yup i cant connect right now i feel like its hacked because GTA V Coming and the lizards probably did this. They said they were "WORKING" on their servers and some BS like that. Said they would make me a proirity to get back online..
