    I bought the season pass for black ops 2 about how I got to relive the fun times I had a while back but after I had bought it I checked my games and apps too see if it was ready it was I was so exited as I logged on to my account in bo2 I looked to see if
    it had came through yet it still hasn't for 4 days and I don't think it ever will as I worried I contacted xbox support over an hour talking about it nothing was done at all exept a thanks for calling how can we help overall I am disappointed with this and
    I cannot get a refund thanks xbox another 26 pounds down the drain again Considering Switching To Playstation :)

    Very frustrated with Xbox. I've been a long time customer and the service has gone down significantly. Seriously considering dumping Xbox and switching to Playstation. My $60.00 renewal is coming up and not so sure i want/ need it any more.

    PS4 Alleged Announcement Feb. 20th , Have Microsoft Had a masterstroke by waiting?

    LIVE is a very poor service when you compare it to PS+, I am seriously considering switching to Playstation, the only thing that will keep me here is backward compatibility, if the next Xbox offers it then I will probably stay due to the investment made
    in arcade titles etc, if not then I'm off!!

    Its up to you if you choose to switch to a nice playstation but then you got to consider you need to rebuy all the important stuff, games, controllers, other accessories. Sony does have rewards but not as good as Microsoft Rewards.

    I was about to say the same exact thing. Its really ridiculous!! I was online for hours until about 8pm i got signed out. Im seriously considering switching to PlayStation. Im sick of xbox excuses for crappy service?!!!!!
